COCKTAIL + LIMONCELLO MAKING
Negroni
30ML CAMPARI
30ML GIN
30ML VERMOUTH ROSSO
ORANGE PEEL RIND
1. Pour all ingredients into rocks glass
2. Fill with 5-6 ice cubes
3. Stir together to combine flavours
4. Peel orange rind, remove the white pith
and then rub on the rim of your glass
before dropping it in as a garnish
5. Enjoy!
Hugo Spritz
45 ML ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
90ML PROSECCO
45ML SODA WATER
MINT SPRIGS
1. Prepare liqueur by combining half parts
elderflower syrup to half parts gin
2. Pour in liqueur, then prosecco and finally
the soda water
3. Stir together & add ice as desired
4. Slap mint against your wrist or break to
release the essence; then drop in & enjoy!
Limoncello
14 PEELED LEMONS (JUST THE RINDS WITH WHITE PITH REMOVED)
1 L VODKA
440G SUGAR
1.05 L WATER
1.Add lemon peels to the vodka in an airtight container and then
let it rest for 2-4 weeks
2.Don’t let the rinds turn white, the liquid turns a yellow colour
3.Filter and discard lemon peels
4.To make sugar syrup, heat your water and then pour 1.05 L into
your container along with 440g of sugar and stir until dissolved
5.Wait until sugar syrup is completely cooled.
6.Add sugar syrup to the 1L of lemon infused Vodka
7.Then rest for another 2+ weeks
FOOD RECIPES
Pesto
5-6 Slices Garlic
30 G BASIL
1 TBSP PARMESAN
3 TSP LIGHTLY ROASTED PINE NUTS
0.5 TSP SALT
0.5 TSP PEPPER CRUSHED
OLIVE OIL TO TASTE
1. Using pestle & mortar, muddle your garlic
2. Add 4-5 basil leaves at a time and muddle into garlic
3. Add parmesan, salt and pepper and muddle into mix
4. Add olive oil in last and combine into a paste
5. Add more oil depending on purpose.
Marinated Mushrooms w/ Ricotta
40G RAW MUSHROOMS
1 TSP FRESH PARSLEY, FINELY CHOPPED
1 TSP DICED RED ONION
0.25 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
0.25 TSP SALT
1 TSP DICED OREGANO
1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 TSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
0.5 TSP MINCED GARLIC
100 G RICOTTA
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
1. Cut mushrooms into quarters and steam until
cooked and set aside to cool
2. Add all dry ingredients into a mason jar with the
mushrooms and shake together till mushrooms are
evenly covered
3. Add the wet ingredients and shake hard to mix
4. Prepare the ricotta by combining it with lemon juice
and whip with a fork until fluffy
5. Spread the ricotta thinly onto plate
6. Sprinkle your mushroom mix over top of the ricotta
7. Serve with bread of your choice and enjoy!
